The Maglietti family opened Twin Pines in 1958. In 1983, Ted and Judy Bean purchased the business which they operated until 2014. Over the years, Twin Pines has become a focal point and stopping location for PNW travelers and Kittitas County residents alike.

In 2014, Josh and Erin Bender purchased Twin Pines. Keeping with tradition, food at Twin Pines is and will continue to be cooked to order with fresh, whole ingredients.

Just as it was in the 1950’s, Twin Pines remains a family operated business, keeping the same standard of quality food and friendly service alive generation after generation.
